Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellations 1. Cancellation by Customer: Customers may cancel their charter booking by providing notice in writing at least five (5) days before the scheduled date and will be effective on the date it is received by us. Cancellations made within this time-frame are eligible for a full refund less US $50 for our cancellation admin fee. 2. No-show or Late Cancellation: Failure to provide the required notice or a no-show on the scheduled charter date will result in forfeiture of the entire booking fee without any refund. 3. Company Cancellation: In rare instances where unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or mechanical issues arise, the charter company reserves the right to cancel a charter. Refunds 1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified notice period. A full refund less US $50 for our cancellation admin fee will be provided to eligible cancellations. 2. Refund in Case of Company Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation by the charter company, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the charter based on availability. 3. Refund Processing: Once a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Late or missing refund (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@tropixcharters.com Rescheduling 1. Customer-initiated Rescheduling: Customers may request to reschedule their charter booking, subject to availability and agreement by the charter company. No additional fees will be charged for rescheduling, provided that written notice is given at least five (5) days before the scheduled date and will be effective on the date it is received by us. 2. Charter Company-initiated Rescheduling: In the event the charter company needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative dates will be offered to the customer. If the customer cannot accommodate the new schedule, a full refund will be provided.
